All equipment gets thoroughly sanitized between rentals, and our crew carries full liability insurance. We also provide rain-date policies because Long Island weather can be unpredictable, especially during peak party season.
Most standard bounce houses need about 18 by 18 feet of clear, level ground, plus an extra foot of clearance on all sides for safety. Height clearance should be at least 16 feet to account for tree branches or overhead obstacles.
Our crew will assess your specific yard during delivery to ensure proper placement away from fences, pools, or landscaping. We’ve set up in hundreds of Bayport backyards and know how to work with the typical suburban lot sizes in the area.
If your space is tight, we offer smaller indoor units or can recommend alternatives that fit better. We’d rather suggest the right size than force something that won’t work safely.

Our crew provides a complete safety briefing during setup, covering weight limits (typically 1500 pounds total), age-appropriate usage, and adult supervision requirements. We also post safety guidelines directly on each inflatable.
Every piece of equipment gets thoroughly inspected before and after each rental. If we find any safety concerns, the unit gets pulled from service immediately. We’re fully licensed to operate inflatables in New York and carry comprehensive liability insurance for additional peace of mind.
We monitor weather forecasts 72 hours before your event and will contact you if conditions look problematic. For safety reasons, inflatables can’t be used during rain, high winds, or severe weather conditions.
If weather forces a cancellation, you can reschedule for another available date at no additional charge, or receive a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible. We understand that Bayport families often plan outdoor parties well in advance and weather can be unpredictable.
The key is communication—call us as soon as you have concerns about weather rather than waiting until the morning of the event. Earlier notice gives everyone more options for rescheduling.
Most setups use your home’s electrical supply through a standard outdoor outlet. We bring up to 50 feet of commercial-grade extension cord, and our blowers require a dedicated 20-amp circuit to operate safely.
If your outdoor outlet is farther than 50 feet from the setup location, or if you don’t have adequate power access, we can provide a generator for an additional fee. Generators require gas to operate and may need refueling during longer events.
During the initial booking, we’ll ask about your power situation to avoid any surprises on party day. Most Bayport homes have sufficient outdoor electrical access, but we’d rather confirm details upfront than deal with power issues during setup.
Peak party season (April through October) books up fastest, especially weekends. For popular dates like summer weekends or holiday periods, booking 2-4 weeks ahead ensures better selection and availability.
During busy periods, the most popular themed units (Disney, superhero, princess) get reserved first. If you have a specific theme in mind, earlier booking gives you better odds of getting exactly what you want.
We do accept last-minute bookings when possible, but selection may be limited. For the best experience and lowest stress, plan ahead—especially for milestone birthdays or special celebrations where everything needs to be perfect.
