You can reschedule for another available date without penalty, or if you want to proceed with indoor alternatives, we’ll work with you on equipment that fits inside. Some of our smaller bounce houses and interactive games work well in garages or basements.
Our cancellation policy states that ONLY because of rain and for inflatables, call us 24 hours before your event and we’ll refund 100% of your deposit. We’ve been doing this long enough to know that weather happens, and we’d rather reschedule than risk anyone’s safety.
All our inflatables are designed with specific age ranges and weight limits, which we clearly communicate when you book. We have toddler-friendly options for ages 2-5, standard bounce houses for elementary school kids, and larger obstacle courses that work for teenagers and adults.
We inspect every item in our inventory for safety issues and make sure that all items rented out are in impeccable condition. Our crew will explain the safety rules and capacity limits during setup, and we provide written guidelines you can share with parents.
