Every inflatable movie screen rental comes with professional HD audio and video equipment, a deluxe popcorn machine, and a trained attendant to run your show. We offer three different screen sizes to accommodate anywhere from intimate backyard gatherings to large community events with up to 500 guests.
Our sealed-air screens are specifically designed for Long Island’s climate. They inflate quickly, stay stable in typical wind conditions, and don’t require loud blowers that disturb the movie experience or annoy your neighbors.
Ronkonkoma’s suburban setting is perfect for outdoor movie nights. With spacious backyards and family-friendly neighborhoods, residents here understand the value of creating special experiences at home. Our equipment works beautifully in typical residential spaces, and we’re familiar with local regulations and setup requirements throughout Suffolk County.
The space requirements depend on your screen size and guest count. For most Ronkonkoma backyards, our smallest screen works perfectly for up to 50 people and needs about 20 feet of width and 15 feet of depth for setup.
Our medium screen handles 100-200 guests and requires roughly 25 feet wide by 20 feet deep. The largest screen, perfect for community events or big celebrations, needs about 35 feet by 25 feet of clear space.
We also need access to standard electrical power within 100 feet of the screen location. During your booking call, we’ll discuss your specific space and help you choose the right screen size for both your area and expected attendance.
Weather is always a concern with outdoor events, and we’ve developed clear policies to protect your investment. If rain is forecasted, you can cancel up to the day before your event without penalty beyond your deposit.
Our equipment is designed to handle light moisture, but we don’t recommend operating during active precipitation for safety and equipment protection reasons. If weather becomes questionable after we’ve delivered and set up, we work with you to either reschedule or move the event to a covered area if possible.

Booking 2-4 weeks in advance gives you the best selection of dates and screen sizes, especially during peak season from May through September when Long Island weather is perfect for outdoor events.

Our screens work best for evening and nighttime events when ambient light doesn’t compete with the projection. However, we can accommodate daytime events in shaded areas or indoor venues with controlled lighting.
