Setup takes about 30 minutes. Our SEALED-AIR screens inflate quickly and stay quiet—no noisy blowers running during your movie. We test the audio, focus the projection, and make sure everything’s perfect before your guests arrive.
During the show, our technician stays on-site to handle any adjustments. When the credits roll, we pack everything up quietly so your neighbors stay happy. You provide the movie file or streaming access, we provide the cinema-quality experience.

Every inflatable movie screen rental includes the full setup: screen, HD projector, professional sound system, deluxe popcorn machine, and trained technician. We bring extension cords, stakes, and backup equipment.
Our screens come in three sizes to fit your space and guest count. The smallest works perfectly for Inwood’s cozy backyards, while our largest can accommodate up to 500 people for community events or corporate gatherings.
Since Inwood residents value family-friendly entertainment that doesn’t break the bank, we include everything upfront. No surprise fees for setup, no extra charges for the popcorn machine, no hidden costs for the technician who stays through your entire event.
For most Inwood backyards, our medium screen (16×9 feet) works perfectly for 25-75 guests. It’s large enough that everyone can see clearly but won’t overwhelm smaller spaces.
If you’re planning something bigger—like a block party or community event—our largest screen accommodates up to 500 people. For intimate gatherings under 25 people, our smallest screen still delivers that big-screen experience without taking over your entire yard.
We’ll ask about your space dimensions and guest count to recommend the right fit. Most Inwood properties work great with our medium screen, and we can always adjust based on your specific setup.
You provide the movie, we provide everything else. You can bring a DVD, Blu-ray, streaming device, or even a laptop with your downloaded content.
Our HD projection system connects to virtually any device. If you’re streaming from Netflix, Disney+, or other services, just bring your login info and we’ll get it connected. For public events, you’ll need proper licensing, but for private backyard parties in Inwood, you’re all set with whatever movie you own.
We test everything before your guests arrive to make sure the connection is solid and the picture quality is perfect. No technical headaches on your end.
Our equipment is designed for outdoor use, but we don’t operate in active rain for safety reasons. If weather looks questionable, we’ll work with you to reschedule up until the day of your event.
For light drizzle or brief showers, our setup can handle some moisture, but we prioritize safety over everything else. Most Inwood families reschedule rather than risk equipment damage or guest safety.
We monitor weather forecasts closely and will contact you if conditions look problematic. Since we’re local to Long Island, we understand how quickly weather can change and we’re flexible with rescheduling when Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate.
You need about 20×20 feet of relatively flat space for our medium screen setup, plus viewing area for your guests. Most Inwood backyards have plenty of room, but we’ll confirm dimensions when you book.
The screen needs to be anchored with stakes, so grass or soft ground works better than concrete patios. We need access to electricity within 100 feet—either outdoor outlets or we can run extension cords through windows or doors.
For guest seating, plan about 6 feet of viewing distance per row. Blankets and lawn chairs work great. We’ll walk through your space requirements during booking to make sure everything fits comfortably.
The deluxe popcorn machine comes included with every inflatable movie screen rental—no extra charge. We provide the machine, popcorn supplies, and serving containers for your entire event.
It’s the real deal too, not a home countertop model. This is commercial-grade equipment that makes theater-quality popcorn your guests will actually want to eat. Fresh, hot, and perfectly salted.
We set it up when we arrive and show you how to operate it. Most Inwood families love having that authentic movie theater smell and taste without the theater prices. It’s one less thing you need to worry about for your event.
For Inwood events, we recommend booking 2-3 weeks ahead, especially during peak season from May through September. Popular dates like summer weekends and holidays fill up fast.
That said, we often accommodate last-minute requests if we have availability. Being based on Long Island means we can sometimes squeeze in same-week rentals for Inwood customers.
