Your rental includes the inflatable unit, professional delivery and setup, all necessary blowers and electrical equipment, safety stakes and anchoring, and detailed usage instructions. We handle the complete installation so it’s ready when your party starts.
Pickup and breakdown are included in your rental fee. Our crew returns at the scheduled time to safely deflate, clean, and remove all equipment. You don’t lift a finger during setup or breakdown.
We also include emergency contact information, weather contingency guidelines, and basic troubleshooting instructions. If you need additional items like generators for areas without power access, we can arrange those for an additional fee.
For peak season (April through October), we recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Sayville families plan their parties early, and popular dates fill up quickly during birthday party season.
Holiday weekends like Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day require even earlier booking – sometimes 6-8 weeks ahead. These are our busiest times, and waiting until the last minute usually means limited options.
Off-season bookings (November through March) can often be accommodated with shorter notice, sometimes even same-week for indoor events or covered outdoor spaces. Call us as soon as you have your date confirmed for the best selection.
Yes, we deliver throughout Sayville and all of Suffolk County, including residential neighborhoods, parks, schools, and community centers. We’re familiar with Sayville’s local requirements and can navigate the area’s residential streets and driveways.
Our delivery area extends from Nassau County to Montauk, including the Hamptons. There may be additional delivery fees for locations outside our standard service area, but we’ll discuss those upfront during booking.
We also handle deliveries to Sayville’s popular party venues and can coordinate with event spaces that have specific delivery requirements or time restrictions. Just let us know your exact location and any access considerations during booking.
Safety comes first with weather decisions. We monitor forecasts closely and will contact you if conditions look unsafe for inflatable use. Light rain usually isn’t a problem for covered inflatables, but we don’t operate in high winds, thunderstorms, or severe weather.
If we need to cancel due to weather, you have several options: reschedule for another date with no penalty, receive a full refund, or move the party indoors if you have suitable space and we have appropriate indoor units available.
For Sayville’s unpredictable spring and fall weather, we recommend having a backup plan. Many families rent our indoor-suitable inflatables or add tent rentals to their package for weather protection.
