We understand Long Island weather can be unpredictable, especially during summer months. For safety reasons, inflatables cannot be used during high winds, thunderstorms, or heavy rain.
If severe weather is forecasted the day before your event, you can cancel inflatable rentals and receive a credit toward a future booking within 30 days. Once equipment is delivered, we don’t offer refunds for weather that develops during your event.
