Delivery and setup are included in your rental price for most Southold locations. We schedule delivery times that work with your event timeline, typically arriving 1-2 hours before your party starts to ensure everything is ready.

We have one of the best weather policies on Long Island. If rain is forecasted, call us 24 hours before your event and we’ll provide a full refund or reschedule at no charge. This policy applies specifically to rain and severe weather conditions.
Most of our bounce houses and inflatables can’t be used safely in wet conditions, so we take weather seriously. We monitor forecasts closely and will proactively reach out if we see concerning weather developing for your event date.
For other types of cancellations not related to weather, you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance. While the deposit isn’t refundable, we’ll issue a rain check that’s good for a full year, so you don’t lose your investment.
Your rental includes delivery, complete setup, safety instruction, and pickup after your event. We bring all necessary equipment including blowers, extension cords, stakes or sandbags for securing, and safety signage.
Our crew handles the physical setup so you don’t have to worry about figuring out how to operate or secure the equipment. We’ll show you how to turn units on and off, explain weight limits and safety rules, and provide emergency contact information.
Pickup is scheduled for after your event ends. We deflate, clean, and remove everything from your property. The only thing you need to provide is access to standard electrical outlets within about 100 feet of where you want the inflatables set up.
