Safety comes first, so we don’t set up inflatable movie screens during active bad weather conditions. However, we offer flexible rescheduling options and include a rain-date guarantee with every rental.
If weather threatens your event, you can cancel up to the day before without penalty—you’ll receive a credit toward a future rental scheduled within 30 days. Once equipment is delivered and set up, we don’t offer refunds for weather that develops later.
We monitor weather forecasts closely and will contact you if conditions look problematic for your scheduled event. Our experience with Long Island weather patterns helps us advise you on the best timing for successful outdoor movie nights.
You provide the movie content—we bring the equipment to play it perfectly. Our system accepts DVDs, Blu-rays, streaming devices, laptops, and most digital media formats. We can even handle live streaming if you want to show current releases.
For private backyard parties, you can show any movie you own. For public events like school fundraisers or community gatherings, you’ll need proper licensing, and we can guide you to the right resources for obtaining those permissions.
Our technician will test your media before guests arrive to ensure smooth playback throughout the entire movie. We bring backup equipment and can handle last-minute media changes if needed.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events during peak season (May through October). Popular dates like summer weekends and holidays fill up quickly in the Huntington area.
