We confirm everything in writing with delivery times, setup requirements, and pickup schedules. Our team shows up when we say we will, sets up efficiently without disrupting your other preparations, and makes sure everything is working perfectly before we leave.

Book at least two weeks ahead for regular weekends, but if you’re planning for peak season (May through September) or holiday weekends, give us a month. Lawrence has a lot of families throwing great parties, and the best dates fill up fast.
That said, we often have last-minute availability, especially for weekdays or off-season events. Call us even if your event is next weekend. We might be able to work something out, and we’re always honest about what we can deliver on short notice.
The earlier you book, the more options you have. Wait too long, and you might end up with our second-choice equipment instead of exactly what you wanted.
Light rain doesn’t stop most of our inflatables, but safety comes first. If we’re dealing with lightning, high winds, or heavy downpours, we’ll need to shut down until conditions improve.
We watch the weather closely and call you the morning of your event if we see problems developing. For indoor venues with enough ceiling height, we can often move smaller bounce houses inside. Some of our equipment works fine under covered pavilions or large tents.
If weather completely cancels your event, we work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. We’ve been doing this long enough to know that Long Island weather doesn’t always cooperate, and we’re not going to penalize you for something nobody can control.
Absolutely. We’re fully licensed and insured, which means we meet all New York State requirements for commercial inflatable operations. Our equipment gets inspected regularly, cleaned thoroughly between events, and maintained by people who know what they’re doing.

We measure your space during planning, not after we show up. Send us photos or dimensions of your yard, and we’ll recommend equipment that fits comfortably without crowding your other party areas.
Lawrence properties vary a lot in size and layout. Some backyards are perfect for our biggest obstacle courses, others work better with smaller bounce houses or interactive games. We match the equipment to your space, not the other way around, so everything fits properly and looks great.
Every rental includes delivery, professional setup, and pickup at the end of your event. We bring the blowers, extension cords, stakes, and everything needed to get your equipment running safely.
You get clear safety rules posted on each inflatable, emergency contact information, and basic operating instructions. If something stops working during your event, we come back out to fix it at no charge.
Setup usually takes 15-30 minutes depending on how much equipment you’re renting. We schedule delivery windows that work around your other party preparations, and we’re flexible about pickup times if your event runs longer than expected.
