Hear from Our Customers
You know that moment when kids’ faces light up and adults forget they’re adults? That’s what happens when you rent the right water slide for your event.
Your guests spend the day laughing, cooling off, and making memories instead of standing around wondering what to do next. Parents relax because the kids are entertained and safe. You get to enjoy your own party instead of scrambling to keep everyone happy.
The best part? Everything gets delivered, set up, and picked up for you. No hauling equipment, no figuring out logistics, no cleanup. Just pure fun and the satisfaction of hosting an event people actually remember.
The Big Bounce Theory has been serving Huntington Station and Long Island families since 2007. We’re fully licensed, insured, and family-owned, which means you get personal attention instead of corporate runaround.
Long Island summers are short, but the memories from a great party last forever. That’s why we maintain our equipment to the highest standards and show up when we say we will. No surprises, no excuses, no cutting corners.
From Nassau County to the Hamptons, we’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. We know which water slides work best for different age groups, how to handle Long Island’s varying terrain, and what it takes to make your event run smoothly from start to finish.
First, you tell us about your event—how many guests, ages, and your space. We recommend the right water slide based on what actually works, not what costs more.
Next, we handle the logistics. Delivery, setup, safety briefing, the works. Our team arrives on time, sets everything up properly, and makes sure you know how everything operates before we leave.
During your event, you focus on your guests while the water slide handles the entertainment. When it’s over, we return to break everything down and haul it away. You’re left with happy guests and great photos, not a yard full of equipment to figure out.
Ready to get started?
Your water slide rental includes professional delivery, setup, and pickup. But you’re not limited to just slides. We stock bounce houses, obstacle courses, interactive games, and even movie screens for complete event entertainment.
Huntington Station’s mix of suburban homes and community spaces means we’ve learned to work with different property sizes and layouts. Whether you’re hosting in a backyard, park, or school facility, we know how to make it work safely and legally.
For corporate events, we offer custom branding options that turn your water slide into a marketing tool. Schools appreciate our insurance coverage and safety protocols. Families love that everything just works without drama or complications.
Most residential water slides need a flat area roughly 25 feet long by 15 feet wide, plus additional space for safe entry and exit zones. You’ll also need access to electricity within 100 feet and a water source for continuous flow.
The key is having enough clearance around the slide—at least 6 feet on all sides so kids can move safely. If you’re not sure about your space, we can do a quick site assessment over the phone or even visit beforehand for larger events.
Don’t worry if your yard isn’t perfectly flat. We work with Long Island’s varied terrain all the time and can usually make adjustments with leveling equipment and proper anchoring.
Every water slide gets thoroughly inspected before delivery and comes with safety anchoring, non-slip surfaces, and proper water flow systems. We provide a complete safety briefing covering capacity limits, age restrictions, and proper usage.
All equipment is fully insured and meets New York state safety regulations. We also include safety signage and basic first aid recommendations. Adult supervision is always required, and we’ll explain exactly what to watch for.
If weather becomes dangerous during your event—lightning, severe winds, or storms—we have clear protocols for safe shutdown. Your safety deposit covers any weather-related cancellations, so you’re not stuck with charges for unsafe conditions.
For peak summer weekends (May through September), book at least 3-4 weeks ahead. Popular dates like Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekend fill up months in advance, especially for larger slides.
Weekday events and off-peak times offer more flexibility—sometimes you can book just a week out. But don’t wait if you have specific equipment in mind or multiple items for your event.
Spring booking gives you the best selection and pricing. We often run early-season specials for customers who plan ahead, and you’ll have first pick of our newest equipment additions.
Light rain usually isn’t a problem—water slides are designed to get wet, after all. But heavy rain, lightning, or severe weather means everything gets shut down immediately for safety reasons.
If weather forces a cancellation, you can reschedule without penalty or receive a full refund of your deposit. We monitor weather forecasts closely and will contact you proactively if conditions look questionable.
For events with uncertain forecasts, we offer flexible rescheduling options right up until delivery time. It’s better to move your party than risk guest safety or a miserable experience in bad weather.
You provide the water source and electrical outlet—we bring everything else. Most water slides connect to a standard garden hose and need one dedicated electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup location.
The water runs continuously during operation to keep the slide surface safe and fun. A typical residential water slide uses about the same amount of water as running your sprinkler system for the same time period.
If your electrical setup isn’t adequate, we can recommend solutions or bring generators for an additional fee. We’ll discuss all requirements during booking so there are no surprises on delivery day.
Most of our water slides accommodate adults up to specific weight limits—usually 200-250 pounds depending on the model. We’ll recommend slides based on your guest mix and let you know exactly what the restrictions are.
Adult supervision is always required regardless, but adults can definitely participate in the fun. Some of our larger obstacle course-style water slides are specifically designed with adults in mind for corporate events and mixed-age parties.
The key is matching the right equipment to your crowd. A toddler slide won’t work for teenagers, and a massive adult slide might be overwhelming for small children. We help you pick equipment that keeps everyone safe and entertained.
