Each rental includes liability insurance coverage, state-required safety inspections, and equipment that’s cleaned and sanitized between every event. Because in a community where reputation matters, we don’t take shortcuts with safety or service.
Most of our popular water slides need about 25 feet long by 15 feet wide of level ground, plus clearance for overhead branches. We also need access to a water spigot within 100 feet and electrical outlet within 50 feet.
Before your event, we can do a quick site visit or you can send us photos of your setup area. Many Northwest Harbor properties have plenty of space, but the winding driveways and mature trees sometimes require creative positioning.
If your yard is tight, we have smaller slide options that still deliver big fun. The key is calling early so we can recommend the perfect fit for your specific space and party size.
Your rental includes the inflatable water slide, all safety equipment, professional delivery and setup, complete takedown, and liability insurance coverage. We also provide the blower motor, ground tarps, and safety stakes.
You’ll need to provide access to water and electricity. We bring long hoses and extension cords to reach your connections. Our crew handles everything else including the safety walkthrough before your guests arrive.
Unlike some companies, we don’t charge extra for delivery within our Northwest Harbor service area. Setup and takedown are included, so you’re not stuck figuring out complicated equipment or dealing with heavy, wet inflatables after your party.

We service everything from waterfront properties near Barcelona Neck to homes tucked back in the pine forests. Delivery is included in your rental price within our standard service area, which covers all of Northwest Harbor and surrounding East Hampton areas.
Some very remote locations or properties with extremely difficult access might require special arrangements, but we’ll work with you to make it happen. We’ve been serving Long Island families since 2007, so there aren’t many delivery challenges we haven’t solved.
Water slides are designed for wet conditions, so light rain usually isn’t a problem. However, we don’t operate equipment during thunderstorms, high winds, or severe weather for safety reasons.
If dangerous weather is forecast for your event day, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. We monitor weather closely and communicate with you in advance rather than leaving you guessing on party day.
For Northwest Harbor’s unpredictable summer weather, we recommend having a backup indoor activity plan. But most summer showers pass quickly, and kids often prefer the extra water anyway. We’ve seen plenty of parties where unexpected rain actually made the water slide more fun.
